Quick answer: Roblox has announced The Hollow as its 2026 Halloween event, with October 22, 2026, shown in the reveal teaser. As of October 17, players still need to distinguish the confirmed event date from details that remain unsettled, including the exact opening time, end date, reward requirements, and the final in-game hub checklist. Recent social posts and event coverage are pointing to several participating experiences, but use the official Roblox event page when the hub opens as the final authority.
The countdown is close enough that players can prepare now without trusting every “full lineup” graphic circulating online. Here is what is known, what remains uncertain, and how to avoid wasting time or risking an account before The Hollow opens.
When does Roblox The Hollow start?
The announced date is Thursday, October 22, 2026. Roblox’s short reveal teaser ends with the date “10.22.26” and the line, “You’ve met them before. But not like this.” The teaser establishes the event’s name and date, but it does not itself show a playable hub, quest instructions, a reward catalog, or a precise launch time.
Some gaming coverage has circulated a proposed 11 a.m. Pacific launch time. Treat that as an estimate unless Roblox displays the time on its official event page or in an official announcement. A date on a teaser is not proof of an exact opening hour, and an end date should not be assumed from previous events.
Which games are expected to appear?
As of October 17, reports tracking Roblox’s recent social teasers are naming DOORS, Warden Animal Hospital, The Mimic, Scary Shawarma Kiosk, Piggy, Dandy’s World, 99 Nights in the Forest, and Demonology. Because the details are still arriving through social posts and community reporting, players should confirm each experience through Roblox’s official event hub when it becomes available. Do not treat a fan-made list, a trailer silhouette, or a game’s separate Halloween update as proof of a quest or reward.
This distinction matters: a game can run its own Halloween content without being part of The Hollow’s cross-game progression. Check whether the experience is linked from the official event hub and whether its own developer has posted event instructions before spending time on a supposed quest.
What rewards will players earn?
Roblox has not provided a complete, verified public reward list in the October 10 teaser. Cross-game Roblox events have previously used quests and event progression to unlock avatar items, but that history is not a guarantee that The Hollow will use the same currency, quest rules, item names, or limits. Avoid guides that promise a specific reward without showing the official event listing or the relevant in-game requirement.
When the hub opens, check each reward’s requirement, whether it is free or paid, and whether it has a deadline. If a guide asks you to visit an outside “free Robux” page, enter your password, or download an unofficial tool, leave it. Event rewards should be claimed through Roblox’s own experience and account systems.
How previous Roblox event hubs worked
Earlier multi-game events used a central area with portals to participating experiences. Players completed tasks in those games, returned to the hub, and tracked progress toward event rewards. The images below show previous Halloween Spotlight interfaces and are included to explain the general hub concept—not to imply that The Hollow will copy the same layout.
What US players should do before October 22
- Bookmark official sources. Follow Roblox and its official Instagram account for announcements and the actual event entry.
- Favorite games only after checking the official links. This can save time on launch day, but do not assume every rumored title will have a Hollow quest.
- Check the event’s live requirements. Confirm the exact start time, participating experiences, reward names, and any deadline inside the official hub.
- Keep your account secure. Never share your password, session cookie, or verification codes with a reward site or a person promising early access.
- Expect details to change. If the event page or a developer updates its instructions, follow the newer official information rather than a copied checklist.

Frequently asked questions
When does Roblox The Hollow start in 2026?
The announced date is October 22, 2026. Confirm the exact launch time in Roblox’s official event listing because the teaser itself does not establish a precise hour.
Is The Hollow the same event as The Haunt?
No. The Haunt was Roblox’s 2024 Halloween event. Halloween Spotlight followed in 2025, while The Hollow is the announced 2026 event.
Are all eight reported games confirmed?
Recent social-teaser tracking and event coverage name DOORS, Warden Animal Hospital, The Mimic, Scary Shawarma Kiosk, Piggy, Dandy’s World, 99 Nights in the Forest, and Demonology. Check the official hub for the definitive roster and playable quest links when it opens.
Are The Hollow rewards free?
A complete official reward list and the requirements have not been verified here. Check each item in the event hub and do not trust third-party pages that promise free Robux or ask for account credentials.
Does The Hollow have an official hub link already?
The event has been announced, but players should use Roblox’s own event listing or a link published by Roblox to reach the correct hub. Avoid similarly named experiences or unofficial reward pages.
When does The Hollow end?
A final end date should not be assumed until Roblox publishes it. Complete confirmed tasks early and recheck the official event page for deadlines.
